FITNESS CENTER: The state-of-the-art 5,795 SF fitness center is located on the C-1 Level. It includes spa-quality changing rooms and showers, Peloton Bikes, full weight room, and on-site classes.
ROOF TERRACE: The roof terrace is situated on the New Hampshire facing side of the building. It includes outdoor seating, shaded areas, green space, and offers unparalleled views of Washington, D.C.
TENANT LOUNGE / MULTIPURPOSE ROOM: The tenant lounge and the multipurpose room are located on the penthouse level. These areas are open to tenants unless reserved.
SWEETGREEN OUTPOST: Tenants can enjoy the convenience of 1333's Sweetgreen outpost program, enjoying complimentary daily delivery straight to the building.

Order ahead: Place your order before the 11:00 AM cutoff time — up to a day in advance
Pick it up: Your order will be waiting for you in the shelf near the fitness center on level C1 between 12:15 PM - 12:30 PM
