Q: How do I reserve a conference room?

Q: How do I request a service call?

A: Through the building app.

Q: How do I request additional space?

A: You can contact your Property Management Team to assist with putting you in contact with the correct person.

Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?

A: Through the building app or call our management office at 202.570.4078.

Q: Where can I park?

A: 238 parking spaces are available in the secure, underground garage on the P2 and P3 levels (entrance on 19th St. NW).

Q: Where can my visitors park?

A: Visitors can make use of the on-site parking garage on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Q: Where can I park/store my bike?

A: Storage is available in our secure, 1,679 SF bike room located on the C-1 level.

Q: Can I bring in a space heater?

A: Space heaters are not permitted at the building due to the additional electrical load they draw and potential fire concerns. Please let Property Management know if you are experiencing hot or cold conditions, and we can adjust your space temperature as needed.

Q: I work after the building's normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating, and/or air conditioning?

A: All requests for overtime lighting or HVAC must be submitted through the through the building app. at least 24 hours in advance of the desired timeframe.
